'ActiveLdap' is a ruby library which provides a clean objected oriented interface to the Ruby/LDAP library. It was inspired by ActiveRecord. This is not nearly as clean or as flexible as ActiveRecord, but it is still trivial to define new objects and manipulate them with minimal difficulty.

Ambry is not an ORM, man! It's a database and ORM replacement for (mostly) static models and small datasets. It provides ActiveModel compatibility, and flexible searching and storage.

DocumentMapper is an object mapper for plain text documents. The documents look like the ones used in jekyll (http://github.com/mojombo/jekyll). They consist of a preambel written in YAML (also called YAML front matter), and some content in the format you prefer, e.g. Textile. This enables you to write documents in your favorite editor and access the content and metadata of these in your Ruby scripts.
