Adds a capistrano task which allows you to easily ssh into your different environments machines

In your Gemfile:

group :development do
  gem 'capistrano_quick_ssh'
end

And in your config/deploy.rb:

require 'capistrano/quick_ssh'

Simply run:

capistrano [environment] ssh

and you will be logged in or prompted (if more than one machine)

Example:

capistrano production ssh
