Improve locales convention of Rails

Locales Admin gem will provide front end editor for you or website administrator to manage locales files.

Change translations directly in a published site. Use by visiting http://.../locales/edit. Saving will overwrite YAML locale files.

If your application manage something like products or services that can be created dynamically, and you have to support multiple languages you may need to localize your database. LocalizableDb allow you to do that in a simple way.
