A simple plugin to check if a website is up or down

- Retrieve the status of a website: Retrieves and returns to the channel the status of the specified site when you use the !isitup command
- Help provided: There is a help block in the plugin that you can trigger using !help isitup
Usage
Just make sure to require and load it in your bot.rb.
Installation
