Flipr

A simple, configurable flip table / put table command-line application with optional rainbows.

Since flipr is a gem, it's simple to install:

$ gem install flipr 

By default, macOS will not install the command-line application in the /usr/bin/ directory; and if you're not using something like RVM and you're getting a permissions error, then this should work:

$ sudo gem install -n /usr/local/bin flipr 

FLIPR [ ╯ ' □']╯︵┻━┻)
  -f, --flip               Flip a table
  -p, --put                Put a table
  -F, --Flip-config=<s>    Flip table configuration
  -P, --Put-config=<s>     Put table configuration
  -l, --lol                Rainbow support, because we need it
  -h, --help               Show this message

$ ruby flipr.rb -f

$ ruby flipr.rb -p

$ ruby flipr.rb -f -F flips.yaml

Program should default to a help menu when no flags are specified.

$ ruby flipr.rb

You can also ask for help.

$ ruby flipr.rb -h
