Build Status

fluent-plugin-validate-tag-filter

This plugin validates queue tags and filter them. Passes through valid one, deletes invalid one.

Requirements

fluent-plugin-validate-tag-filter fluentd ruby
>= 1.0.0 >= v0.14.0 >= 2.1
< 1.0.0 >= v0.12.0 >= 1.9

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'fluent-plugin-validate-tag-filter'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install fluent-plugin-validate-tag-filter

Usage

<filter test.**>
  type validate_tag
  max_length 120
  regexp1 \Atest.[a-z]+.baz\z
</filter>

regexpN

You can set match patterns as regexp1, regexp2, ... If a tag does not match all patterns, it will be removed from queue.

Development

After checking out the repo, run bin/setup to install dependencies. Then, run rake test to run the tests. You can also run bin/console for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.

To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb, and then run bundle exec rake release, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem file to rubygems.org.
