= ImageRuby-c - C-Extension replacement for color_replace! and draw! methods

Reimplements draw! and color_replace! methods of ImageRuby::Image class in C to make these operations up to 100X more faster. 
draw and color_replace method are also affected because they use  draw! and color_replace!
