arguments: url:[String, Symbol], message:[String, Symbol], (to:[String, Symbol, Integer])
  same as nerdz, but with an url

*nerdzs:*
arguments: what:[String, Symbol], args:Hash
  what can be users, project and profile and args can have :from, :max, :user and :pid
