NewShowTonight

NewShowTonight is a CLI app that shows a list of all new TV episodes that will be airing on that day.

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'new_show_tonight'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install new_show_tonight

Usage

Once installed, type "new-show-tonight" in the command line to open the app. After a few minutes a list of new TV episodes that is airing on that day will show. At this point the user have a few options

  • Enter the index number of a particular show to get more information about the show.
  • Enter 'list' to show the list of TV show again.
  • Enter 'exit' to exit the app.

Development

After checking out the repo, run bin/setup to install dependencies. You can also run bin/console for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.

To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb, and then run bundle exec rake release, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem file to rubygems.org.
