Nrde

A Ruby gem to export a New Relic dashboard PDF or image programmatically.

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'nrde' , '~>0.1.2'

And then execute:

$ bundle install

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install nrde

require 'nrde'
def exporter()
    nrde_download = Nrde::DashboardExporter.exporter(guid = "<Newrelic GUID>", personal_api_key = "New Relic Personal API key")
    tempfile = File.new("test.pdf","w")
    File.open(tempfile.path, 'w') do |f|
        f.write(nrde_download.body)
    end
end
