parceira
Importing of CSV Files as Array(s) of Hashes with featured to process large csv files and better support for file encoding.
Installation
Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'parceira'
And then execute:
$ bundle
Or install it yourself as:
$ gem install parceira
