Easily install and set up admin quickly

• Need set up your db first

webpack-cli version should stick to 3.3.12 expose-loader version should stick to 1.0.3

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'rails_material_admin'

And then execute:

$ bundle

rails generate material_admin [layout_name]

rails generate crud user --options layout_name:[layout_name]

• Manually fix assets precompile error
