Reinforcing the Rails with assorted patches.

• Array#first and Array#last functionality and optimizations for ActiveRecord::Base, association collections, and named scopes (Rails Lighthouse ticket).

  AngryMan.first(2) # => [#<AngryMan id: 1>, #<AngryMan id: 2>]
  AngryMan.last(2)  # => [#<AngryMan id: 11>, #<AngryMan id: 12>]
  

These instructions are for the master branch, to be used with edge Rails. For Rails 2.3, try: github.com/stephencelis/rerails/tree/2-3-stable

As a gem:

As a plugin:

Setup (to run tests):

% bundle && rake
