RubyFm
Wrapper for using the Last FM API
Installation
Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'ruby_fm'
And then execute:
$ bundle
Or install it yourself as:
$ gem install ruby_fm
Usage
artist = LastRubyFm::Artist.search('65daysofstatic').first
artist.name # '65daysofstatic'
artist.images # ["http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/34/46404977.jpg",
# "http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/64/46404977.jpg",
# "http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/126/46404977.jpg",
# "http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/252/46404977.jpg",
# "http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/_/46404977/65daysofstatic+4312266316_916a42bda8.jpg"]
album = LastRubyFm::Album.search('Robbers & Cowards')[0]
album.artist # 'Cold War Kids'
album.tracks # retrieves a list of LastRubyFm::Track objects for the given album
track = LastRubyFm::Track.search('Saint John')[0]
track.artist # 'Cold War Kids'
