Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'run-run-spec'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install run-run-spec

You run RSpec with options

rspec --format RunRunSpec --color spec

or write in .rspec

--format RunRunSpec
--color
