Signup

It is a simple but very powerful authentication and authorization plug-ins for rails.

Step 1: Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'signup'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install signup

Follow the step to install this plugins:

Step 2: For installing signup migration:

$ bundle exec rake signup:install

Step 3: Mount route, open config-> routes.rb and write below code:

mount Signup::Engine, at: '/'

From your controller, just use:

before_action :authorized?

This will prevent guest user to enter in your view.

Username: admin@signup.com

Password: secret

Make a dashboard under admin namespace in your project folder as like this code:

$ rails g contoller admin/dashboard index

And configure in your project routes as like:

namespace :admin do
    get 'dashboard', to:'dashboard#index'
end

For this, it will redirect dashboard after sign in.
