Snipcheat
Snipcheat takes a directory with sublime snippets and generates you a cheatsheet file. Take a look at an example cheatsheet for Rails bundle.
Installation
$ gem install snipcheat
Usage
$ snipcheat generate -d Packages/Rails -o ~/rails_cheatsheet.html
