TopApps
Welcome to Top Apps! Top Apps is a basic CLI that lists the current top 5 free apps on Apple's iTunes Chart. From the list view, you can select an app to view a brief profile that includes overall rank, category, rating, and editor's notes if the app is an Editor's Choice selection.
Installation
Enter the following command.
$ gem install top_apps
Usage
Enter the following command and follow the on-screen instructions.
$ top-apps
Development
After checking out the repo, run bin/setup
to install dependencies. You can also run bin/console
for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.
To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install
. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb
, and then run bundle exec rake release
, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem
file to rubygems.org.
