Unfuddler
Unfuddler is a simple Ruby API to Unfuddle's projects and tickets. Primarily made for ticketmaster.
Installation
The easiest way to install Unfuddler is via RubyGems: # gem install unfuddler
If you live on the edge, clone this repository and run: # rake install
Usage
First of all, authentiate with your information: Unfuddler.authenticate(:username => "john", :password => "seekrit", :subdomain => "johnscompany")
Now, find your project project = Unfuddler.project.find.last
Get ALL the tickets from this project, where the status is "new" new_tickets = project.tickets(:status => "new")
Let's close the first of these tickets, with a resolution. new_tickets.first.close!(:resolution => "fixed", :description => "I fixed it!")
Note on Patches/Pull Requests
- Fork the project.
- Make your feature addition or bug fix.
- Add tests for it. This is important so I don't break it in a future version unintentionally.
- Commit, do not mess with rakefile, version, or history. (if you want to have your own version, that is fine but bump version in a commit by itself I can ignore when I pull)
- Send me a pull request. Bonus points for topic branches.
